Maps and wayfinding are central to Gozio’s app experience, providing critical context for most user searches. Whether a user was searching for a provider, a location, an appointment, it was essential to make this experience as seamless as possible. Although search results were location-based, they were disconnected from the map, forcing users to toggle between a list view and a separate map view. Additionally, the use of unfamiliar iconography made it difficult for users to identify locations quickly and confidently.
