For four years, I led end-to-end product design for Gozio’s consumer-facing app, guiding everything from discovery and user flows to wireframing, UX/UI design, design systems, reviews, and handoff. I worked closely with product managers, developers, and leadership to deliver a cohesive, user-centered experience across the platform.
Goal
My goal was to drive continuous improvement and evolution of the mobile app, making it more intuitive, seamless, and valuable for both healthcare consumers and hospital clients.
